Midnight pre-patch

The Midnight pre-patch adds a specialisation (Devourer Demon Hunter), reworks talents across every class, and changes several systems. Noxxic is updated with preliminary data for all of it.

During a pre-patch, SimulationCraft development concentrates on end-game balance at level 90, which makes level 80 results inconsistent for some specs. Class guides and talent builds will keep updating as that data stabilises.

DPS rankings and BiS profiles stay on the last stable War Within data until SimulationCraft is further along. Publishing a ranking we know is unstable would be worse than publishing the previous one.
