Midnight launch support

Midnight launch support is live: rankings, best-in-slot lists, and build recommendations are all published against launch data.

SimulationCraft is still maturing for level 90 tuning, so large outliers can appear. Read early launch results as directional rather than settled.

BiS profiles and guide recommendations will move over the coming weeks as theorycraft and SimC data stabilise.
