Rotation options for character sims

Character sims now take a rotation style, so the run matches how you actually play rather than assuming perfect ability usage.

• Standard uses the SimulationCraft priority list for the spec.
• Assisted Highlight models the game's in-game suggestion helper.
• One Button models the single-button assistant.

These are SimulationCraft features rather than ours; what’s new is that you can pick one. The rotation-styles article covers what each costs in damage.
