This rotation guide should help give a basic understanding of what to do, what's most important, and how to prioritize Retribution Paladin abilities and cooldowns.

Single Target

Start generating Holy Power before cooldowns.

Generate Holy Power with Blade Of Justice and Divine Toll, then spend it with Execution Sentence and Final Verdict. Use Wake Of Ashes and Hammer Of Wrath as needed.

AoE

Switch to AoE rotation at 2+ targets.

• Divine TollView detailsIf 1 or less Holy Power.
• Execution Sentence
• Final VerdictView detailsIf 25 stacks of Divine Arbiter.
• Divine StormView detailsIf 5 Holy Power.
• Wake Of Ashes

In AoE, prioritize Divine Toll for Holy Power generation, followed by Execution Sentence and Final Verdict. Use Divine Storm when at 5 Holy Power.

Cooldowns

Use cooldowns strategically during burst phases.

• Avenging WrathView detailsUse on cooldown.
• CrusadeView detailsUse if at least 3 Holy Power.
• Final ReckoningView detailsUse if at least 3 Holy Power.

For cooldowns, prioritize Avenging Wrath and Crusade during burst phases, and use Final Reckoning when conditions are met.
