When simulating for maximum theoretical single-target DPS, Shadow Priests averaged 10.61% more DPS than Outlaw Rogues (+576K DPS).
Outlaw Rogue+6.08% DPS
When simulating for light AoE DPS potential, with small waves of adds, Outlaw Rogues averaged 6.08% more DPS than Shadow Priests (+505K DPS).
Outlaw Rogue+2.27% DPS
When upgrading the gear for both specs by +39 ilvl, Outlaw Rogue DPS improved the most, +2.27% more than Shadow Priest. In total, Outlaw Rogues DPS increased by 68.65% and Shadow Priests by 66.38%.
