When simulating for maximum theoretical single-target DPS, Outlaw Rogues averaged 2.91% more DPS than Retribution Paladins (+2K DPS).
Outlaw Rogue+2.34% DPS
When simulating for light AoE DPS potential, with small waves of adds, Outlaw Rogues averaged 2.34% more DPS than Retribution Paladins (+3K DPS).
Retribution Paladin+0.94% DPS
When upgrading the gear for both specs by +74 ilvl, Retribution Paladin DPS improved the most, +0.94% more than Outlaw Rogue. In total, Retribution Paladins DPS increased by 52.19% and Outlaw Rogues by 51.25%.
