When simulating for maximum theoretical single-target DPS, Retribution Paladins averaged 6.25% more DPS than Enhancement Shamans (+317K DPS).
Enhancement Shaman+2.63% DPS
When simulating for light AoE DPS potential, with small waves of adds, Enhancement Shamans averaged 2.63% more DPS than Retribution Paladins (+218K DPS).
Enhancement Shaman+1.38% DPS
When upgrading the gear for both specs by +39 ilvl, Enhancement Shaman DPS improved the most, +1.38% more than Retribution Paladin. In total, Enhancement Shamans DPS increased by 67.6% and Retribution Paladins by 66.22%.
Retribution Paladin+21.33% DPS
When simulating for max single-target DPS with the new Single-Button Assistant, Retribution Paladins averaged 21.33% more DPS than Enhancement Shamans (+735K DPS).
