Devastation Evoker+52.51% DPS
When simulating for light AoE DPS potential, with small waves of adds, Devastation Evokers averaged 52.51% more DPS than Survival Hunters (+4M DPS).
Survival Hunter+33.42% DPS
When upgrading the gear for both specs by +39 ilvl, Survival Hunter DPS improved the most, +33.42% more than Devastation Evoker. In total, Survival Hunters DPS increased by 100% and Devastation Evokers by 66.58%.
