When simulating for light AoE DPS potential, with small waves of adds, Enhancement Shamans averaged 33.44% more DPS than Balance Druids (+2M DPS).
Enhancement Shaman+0.57% DPS
When upgrading the gear for both specs by +46 ilvl, Enhancement Shaman DPS improved the most, +0.57% more than Balance Druid. In total, Enhancement Shamans DPS increased by 63.8% and Balance Druids by 63.23%.
