When simulating for maximum theoretical single-target DPS, Balance Druids averaged 22.03% more DPS than Assassination Rogues (+1M DPS).
Balance Druid+22.26% DPS
When simulating for light AoE DPS potential, with small waves of adds, Balance Druids averaged 22.26% more DPS than Assassination Rogues (+2M DPS).
Assassination Rogue+0.9% DPS
When upgrading the gear for both specs by +39 ilvl, Assassination Rogue DPS improved the most, +0.9% more than Balance Druid. In total, Assassination Rogues DPS increased by 67.64% and Balance Druids by 66.74%.

When simulating for max single-target DPS with the new Single-Button Assistant, Balance Druids averaged 23% more DPS than Assassination Rogues (+1M DPS).
