# The weekly email

When your Premium guides [update at the weekly reset](https://www.noxxic.com/docs/update-a-character-guide), an email on reset day lists them.

A week with no updates sends nothing. If your characters are in more than one region, you get one email for each.

## Turn it off or on

The email is on until you turn it off.

1. Choose your name at the foot of the sidebar, or **Account** at the foot of the page on a phone.
2. Choose **Notifications**.
3. Set **Email me what changed in my guides each week** to **Off**, or back to **On**.

You can also choose **unsubscribe** at the foot of any of the emails, then **Unsubscribe**. Your guides keep updating; only the email stops.
