# Stat weights

Stat weights sims your character, then sims it again with a little more of each stat. What each stat adds is what it is worth to you.

## What the report shows

- **Stat priority**: your stats, most valuable first. A **>=** between two means the sim can't tell them apart, so either is fine.
- **Stat weights**: the DPS one point of each stat adds.
- **Pawn string**: the same weights, for the Pawn addon.
- **Enchants**, **Gems** and **Consumables**: the top pick for your character in each. Open a row to compare every option.

## Use the Pawn string

Pawn is an addon that reads stat weights and marks upgrades on item tooltips in game.

1. Choose **Copy Pawn string**.
2. In game, type /pawn, choose Import and paste the string.
