# Read the rankings

## Open a ranking

1. Open **Rankings** and, under **Spec Rankings**, choose **DPS Rankings** or **Tank Rankings**.
2. On a fight scenario's card, choose **View full rankings**.

Pick another fight scenario from the menu above the list, or another item level beside it. Ranking details, under the list, names the game data the sims ran on and when they were published.

## Read the list

- **DPS** is the spec's average damage per second in this fight.
- **Of top** is its DPS as a share of the top spec's.
- **vs ST**, on some lists, sets its DPS against its Single Target DPS, or against the Standard rotation on a rotation list.

Specs too close to the top spec to tell apart share first place.

## Filter by class

On a DPS ranking, choose **All classes**, then pick **Melee** or **Ranged**, or the classes you want. The specs you filter out stay under **Filtered out**, with their ranks.

## Open a spec

Choose a spec's row. **Sim report** shows the sim behind its number, **Guide** opens its class guide, and **Compare to** sets it against the top spec, or the next one down for the top spec itself.
