Multistrike > Versatility > Intellect = PvP Power > Mastery > Crit > Haste
Multistrike grants a chance for your spells and abilities to activate up to 2 additional times at 30% effectiveness. As Frost, Frost Armor and Ice Shards further increase your Multistrike chance.
Versatility increases your damage, healing, and absorption done and decreases damage received.
Intellect increases the damage and healing done by your spells.

At 36.33% Crit, you will have an effective crit chance of 100% with Ice Lance + Fingers of Frost and Frostfire Bolt + Brain Freeze.
Haste increases attack and spell casting speed, adds additional damage and healing to DoTsA spell or ability that does damage over time. and HoTsA spell or ability that heals over time., and reduces the GCDA universal cooldown activated by most abilities.. As Frost, Haste also increases the damage dealt by your Water Elemental.
