Mighty Bash is the most useful talent of this tier for single target fights. An extra stun is extremely useful in almost every PvP encounter. Mighty Bash should be taken when single target crowd control is more beneficial than the AoE crowd control offered by Incapacitating Roar.

Natures Vigil provides a potent healing cooldown that is most useful in small group play where you need help to heal through incoming damage. However, Feral Heart of The Wild tends to it offers more overall versatility.
