Click for article on our patch 7.0.3 update progress for these guides. Pew pew!

The following rotation guide was developed through extensive simulations and play testing with the goal of keeping the guide as simple as possible without sacrificing performance. This guide also included AoE rotations and provides details on when to use special talents and cooldowns.

Single Target Rotation

DPS Priority: Execute this priority for optimal DPS.

  1. Bloodthirst on cooldown when not under the effects of Enrage.
  2. Rampage if not under the effects of Enrage or at 100 Rage.
  3. Fury Execute as a Rage dump when your target is below 20% health and you are under the effects of Enrage.
  4. Raging Blow when available to build Rage.
  5. Furious Slash as a filler ability to buff Bloodthirst.

Fury Warrior DPS involves maintaining a high uptime on Enrage to boost your damage. To do this, you want to cast Bloodthirst on cooldown when not under the effects of Enrage so that you can activate Enrage. Next, cast Rampage when you are not Enrage or you are at 100 Rage. Use Fury Execute as a Rage dump when your target is below 20% health and you are under the effects of Enrage. Then, use Raging Blow whenever available. Finally, use Furious Slash as a filler ability and to help buff your Bloodthirst to increase the chance of activating Enrage.

AoE Rotation

The AoE rotation is similar to the single target rotation thanks to the passive benefits provided by Meat Cleaver. Continue to cast Bloodthirst on cooldown when not under the effects of Enrage so that you can activate Enrage. Use Rampage as a Rage dump when it is buffed by Fury Whirlwind. Next, use Fury Whirlwind as a filler ability and to buff your next Bloodthirst or Rampage.
