Intellect increases the damage and healing done by your spells.
Multistrike grants a chance for your spells and abilities to activate up to 2 additional times at 30% effectiveness. As Elemental, Elemental Overload increases your base chance to Multistrike, provides additional Multistrike rating, and increases the effectiveness of your Multistrikes.
Haste increases attack and spell casting speed, adds additional damage and healing to DoTsA spell or ability that does damage over time. and HoTsA spell or ability that heals over time., and reduces the GCDA universal cooldown activated by most abilities..
Critical Strike increase the chance for your spells and attacks to critically hit for additional damage and healing.
Mastery provides a passive bonus to your character based on your specialization. Mastery Molten Earth causes your damaging spells to deal additional Fire damage to your most recently attacked target. Also, Mastery Molten Earth increases the damage of Earthquake.
Versatility increases your damage, healing, and absorption done and decreases damage received.
