Intellect increases the damage and healing done by your spells.
Critical Strike increase the chance for your spells and attacks to critically hit for additional damage and healing. As Holy, Sanctified Light provides additional Crit rating.
Multistrike grants a chance for your spells and abilities to activate up to 2 additional times at 30% effectiveness.
Mastery provides a passive bonus to your character based on your specialization. Mastery Illuminated Healing adds an absorption shield to targets healed by your direct heals. As such, Mastery increases your healing without increasing your Mana use.
Versatility increases your damage, healing, and absorption done and decreases damage received.
Haste increases attack and spell casting speed, adds additional damage and healing to DoTsA spell or ability that does damage over time. and HoTsA spell or ability that heals over time., and reduces the GCDA universal cooldown activated by most abilities.. As Holy, thanks to Sanctity of Battle, Haste increases Holy Power generation by lowering the cooldown of your core abilities. This allows you to use more abilities in less time to create more Holy Power.
Spirit increases the rate of your Mana regeneration. You should stack enough Spirit to have adequate Mana to survive the typical raid encounter.
