Consumables are often over-looked. Consumables can be extremely effective when paired with cooldowns, and can save you from nasty situations.

Adrenals

Adrenals are an effective way to temporarily boost your performance. It is recommended to keep a few stacks of the most effective adrenals for your role and class on hand at all times.

Q: What about the other DPS and healing adrenals (Crit, Surge, Alacrity, Accuracy)?

A: The other adrenals push your secondary stats well beyond the point of diminishing returns and end up being quite ineffective compared to the Attack adrenal. The Power provided by Attack adrenals has no diminishing returns and will always boost your performance!

Stims

Stims provide a long term benefit to your primary stats and a helpful secondary stat.
